SMS Terms & Conditions
Program description: When opted-in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. These kinds of messages may include [response to a quote, estimate, or service inquiry, real-time texts to ask and answer questions about our services and pricing, appointment scheduling and confirmations, feedback requests, project updates, follow up].
Program frequency: You can expect to receive  messages per month from us.
Opt out: You can opt out of this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number. After you text “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text “START,” and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Help: If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword HELP. Or, you can get help directly from us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Interruption: Carriers, such as AT&T, Verizon Wireless, and T-Mobile are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
Big Air offers monthly payment options for the Big Air Beyond maintenance membership. Signing up for Big Air Beyond is a minimum of a one year commitment.
For work beyond the scope of the Big Air Beyond Maintenance Membership services not related to the Big Air Beyond Maintenance Membership, the entire invoice is due upon completion of described work.
Effective Date and Renewal
This agreement becomes effective when payment is received or a discount applied. Annual maintenance schedule will commence the day/month the agreement is purchased and four(4) inspections will be provided thereafter, unless you decline inspection. The term of this agreement shall be automatically renewable unless canceled by either party on 30 days’ written notice. The services outlined in this agreement will be performed during normal business hours.
Additional repair charges necessary to correct defects discovered by this inspection are to be paid at the time of service. You will receive a quote for repair. Additional services may be offered at time of inspection for additional costs.
After Big Air Beyond service and discounts are given/performed you cannot receive any refund of your membership fee.
Agreement Effective Date and Acceptance:
This agreement between Big Air Heating and Air Conditioning (Big Air) and the Big Air Beyond Member (Member) becomes effective upon its execution and receipt of payment. The initial term of this agreement shall be for one year, billed either monthly or in one up-front payment. During the initial one year term, once any Big Air Beyond services are performed and/or discounts given, no refund of the membership fee will be provided. Following the initial term, the membership will remain active and this agreement is effective until cancelled by either party with 30 days notice.
Member may cancel at any time for any reason with notification via email to email@example.com or by calling the toll-free number (925) 687-7942 following the completion of the initial term.
Big Air may increase service prices from time to time at its sole discretion. In the event of a price increase, Member will receive a written notice via email prior to the increase taking place and will have 30 days after notification is sent to opt out of the membership program prior to the price increase taking effect. Should opt out not occur, monthly billing will continue at the new rate.
