I have been using Bonney Plumbing, Heating, Air & Rooter Service for the last two years, and I'm very pleased with them. They always show up when they say they will, and are very thorough. The service reps know what they are doing, and exhibit professionalism. They are great about explaining the pluses and minuses of any particular repair, and communicate very clearly.

Bonney have done a variety of things for me--leaks, heating and A/C work, toilet fixture replacement, some re-piping. They seem very fair and straightforward. I'm glad that I heard their ads on the radio and decided to try them out. They are very honest, and that's not the easiest thing to find in a service provider these days. It's like they have reintroduced old fashion service.

On Christmas or Christmas Eve about 2 years ago we had a lot of family over and our water softener became unusable. The piece, we discovered, was not soldered to any piping or the wall so we were actually using buckets to collect leaking water from the walls. Not ideal for Christmas festivities. We called Bonney Plumbing, Heating, Air & Rooter Service and they were able to come out that day. They soldered the softener, saved the day, and I haven't had a leak since in the two years since their work. I would recommend them for their quality work and timely response.

I've used Bonney Plumbing for many jobs and have used them for ten years! I own two houses and two commercial properties, and they've come out to all four properties! I wish my businesses ran as nice as theirs did, my customers were satisfied as they were, and my employees were as happy as theirs were. They have a big base here in the Sacramento area because they're honest, fair, and reliable. Just like what they say about the Boys Scouts, Bonney Plumbing is trustworthy and loyal. I'm a general contractor and I can't do it as neat as they can. They're so inexpensive too! My first experience followed seeing their ad on the Yellow Pages, and after that first job ten years ago, I haven't used anyone since.

I think they have good prices, although I have nothing to compare them to, I have never been overwhelmed by their prices. Whenever I call them, they come out right away. They have never put me off. They get here quickly and figure out what the problem is and do what can be done to take care of it.

I found a leak behind the bar and found mildew and water stains. I discovered it while cleaning. The leak must have been going on for awhile. I called my brother, who told me to get in touch with my insurance. Bonney Plumbing were the first ones to come out.

My house has the foundation, the plumbing, and then a slab of cement. It was quite a chore, really unbelievable. They had to use sound detectors to find a leak, and had to change and turn off the pump outside. When they went after the leak they used a jack hammer in order to get past the cement. It was definitely more than just a normal plumbing job.

The guys from Bonney Plumbing were wonderful, so nice. They even bought me lunch one day. I offered to go buy them something for lunch, and they said, no, they wanted to buy me lunch. They worked their butts off, and the heat was terrible. They were polite and well-mannered. My situation really was terrible, and they apologized that they had to tear up the house.

I hope I never have to go through this type of experience again. Because of the leak the linoleum was totally ruined, the cupboards were terrible, the kitchen, entry hall, and laundry room were all affected. The water damage went half way up the walls. I had all sorts of contractors working on my house. I didn't have water for two weeks while we waited for the claims adjuster.

Everyone that worked on the house was great. We had a great group of men out. However, the plumbers of Bonney were the best. They even had little booties that they would wear inside the house in order to protect it. Other construction workers didn't do that. Bonney Plumbing was also very concerned about the state of my house. They even helped me out with extra things around the house, like putting in new light bulbs where I couldn't reach.

A good job takes money, because the company wants to do it right and not have to come back. Bonney Plumbing was honest with me that it was going to cost a lot of money, and it did, but they did a wonderful job.

We had a sewer line collapse and Bonney Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Rooter Service came and tore up my driveway, yard, and everything else. We had some broken sprinkler heads and damaged bushes, but considering it all, it could have been a lot worse. We had been using Bonney Plumbing a lot before and we were pleased with what they did and their timing. We knew them and used them. Use Bonney Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Rooter Service! They're good or better than most!

I feel that Bonney Plumbing, Heating, Air & Rooter Service was very helpful. They had to fix the pipe from the house to the tank. I think overall they were professional and did a good job fixing the issue. I called Bonney and they referred me to septic and pumping for another issue and that seemed to work.
